Extended Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 JANUARY 2026

Participants who wish to present their research at the IFKAD 2026 conference are welcome to send an extended abstract in editable MS WORD FORMAT (.doc or .docx only) according to the following guidelines and using this EXTENDED ABSTRACT TEMPLATE.

All received extended abstracts will undergo a double blind peer review and review results will be communicated to authors not later than 24 February 2026.

In order to be considered, the extended abstracts must be UPLOADED HERE.

Each abstract should include:

  • title of the proposed article
  • authors’ information (name, affiliation, address, email – separately for each author)
  • abstract text of 500-1000 words
  • max 5 keywords
  • paper type (Academic/Practical)
  • bibliographical references

The word count is only related to the abstract text itself. Title, authors information, keywords and references are not taken in consideration for the abstract length requirement.

Full Paper Submission Deadline: 01 May 2026

If your extended abstract was accepted, you received an invitation to submit the full paper indicating deadline for submission. Please note that the deadline date is the FINAL date. Earlier submissions are encouraged. Here below is what you need to consider when submitting your full paper:
  • Download the FULL PAPER EXAMPLE TEMPLATE which explains the style in detail.
  • Papers not conforming to the conference style and requirements will be returned to authors.
  • Full papers can only be provided in any version of MS Word (.docx or .doc). Other formats will not be taken in consideration.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The submission of full paper must be done using this dedicated SUBMISSION FORM, (or from your account area – submission section – if you have already an account) not later than 01 May 2026 in order to be included in the IFKAD 2026 program and considered for connected publications (read publication plan for more details).

Note that you will need the assigned ID number, which we provided you in the acceptance letter, to proceed with paper submission.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO AUTHORS

Full papers must have min 3000 and max 5.000 words overall, and should not exceed 10 pages in total. The length of included final short abstract should be no less than 300 words and no more than 400 words. Files must not exceed 4MB in size.

All papers MUST include following declarations:

  • Ethics declaration, which either states that ethical clearance was not required for the research or if it was, you have described the clearance obtained.
  • AI declaration to confirm whether AI tools were used for the creation of the paper and if they were, to what extent.

References should follow the Harvard referencing style, properly cited in in the text and then listed at the end of the paper (see the template for more details).

Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proof-read by an English speaking person.

FULL PAPER CONTENT SUMMARY

  • Authors Information name, affiliation, address and email address for each author, as indicated in the template
  • Short Abstract – between (min) 300 – 400 (max) WORDS
  • Keywordsmax 5 keywords
  • Paper typeindicate if your manuscript is Academic research paper or Practical paper
  • Content of the article (including tables and figures) – Images/graphs/figures included in .jpg format, tables MUST be editable.
  • Acknowledgements (if any)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

If multiple papers are accepted for presentation by the same author, each paper requires a registration and appropriate fee payment for it to be included in the conference program.

If you prefer to present your research at the conference without having your full paper considered for publication, you can opt out during submission, and in this case, you can provide only the final short abstract (of 300-400 words) instead.
