Dynamic Capabilities in Innovation; A Key Element of Intelligent Knowledge in Sustainable Organizations

Description

In a world of creative destruction driven innovation, dynamic capabilities play a crucial role in organizational sustainability. This track explores how organizations in the 21st century develop and leverage dynamic capabilities—the ability to sense, seize, and reconfigure resources—to foster innovation, adaptability, and long-term sustainability. In the era of intelligent knowledge systems, organizations increasingly rely on data-driven insights, artificial intelligence, and collective learning to anticipate changes and enhance decision-making under uncertainty.

The track invites both conceptual and empirical contributions that examine the intersection of dynamic capabilities, innovation management, and intelligent knowledge practices across industries and institutional contexts. We welcome research that investigates how organizations build resilience, balance exploitation and exploration (organizational ambidexterity), and integrate sustainable and ethical principles into their strategic renewal processes.
